2 teaspoons honey -
2 tablespoons orange juice -
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar -
1 tablespoon mayonnaise -
1/2 tablespoon dry mustard -
1/2 tablespoon white onion -
1 tablespoon avocado oil -
3 tablespoons poppy seeds -
2 tablespoons water
Salad Base Ingredients

2 avocado (diced) -
4 cups butter green lettuce (green leaf) -
2 cups baby spinach -
1/2 cup strawberries (cut into quarters) -
1/2 cup blueberries -
1/2 cup mandarin orange segments -
2 ounces reduced-fat feta (crumbled) -
1/4 cup pecans (halved)
Directions

First, place all dressing components into a food processor and process to a smooth consistency. Use the remaining dressing for another use. -
Then, put the greens in a large bowl, add the strawberries, blueberries, avocado, pecans. -
Drizzle the salad with the Avo Poppyseed Dressing, crumble feta on top and serve.
